First off the décor is very cool and modern. Open room with community table and smaller booth seating. I love the bar area and especially the wall art. The service was great and we appreciated the drink menus explanation from out waiter.(they have a great drink menu with lots of infused liqueur) We kept it simple with a beer and a lemonade. The burgers were excellent!!! Hubby had the X-Egg and I had had the Fallao’(tomato, bacon and cheddar with watercress) Very good meat, juicy and well flavored. Very big and hardy. The default is to cook medium rare, we asked for medium and it had a nice pink center with plenty of moisture. The only recommendation I have to give to the chef is to use a hardier bun. Such as a ciabatta or brioche. Or toast the bun you currently use to firm it up as it was falling apart half way through eating the burger. But the reason it falls apart is because the burger is so stacked with yummy goodness that the bun can’t handle it, so not exactly the worst problem to have. So if you are in the Chaido area and are looking for a great burger I highly recommend Honorato.
