Chinês Clandestino

This must be one of those famous things a Erasmus student MUST do in Lisbon. You have to go to a illegal restaurant.
When you enter the first thing you think is. Where did I end up?! But you have to see past that. You actually arrive in a old living room with a bunch of tables where you can eat. The bathroom is a real bathroom too. The toilet is next to a shower .
About the food: the food is good. Especially if you consider the price and the amount you get for that price. It’s crazy! You want to have a cheap night out? this is the place to go!

Estava pela rua do Benformoso à procura do tão famoso Chinês Clandestino … Mas a escolha não foi fácil uma vez que existem vários e todos clandestinos … Entrei no 59 e de facto entra-​se numa outra dimensão, onde os empregados são chineses e falam uma mistura de chinês com pouco português, a comida tem efectivamente um sabor diferente, o que quer dizer que é boa e muito saborosa… Neste local fuma-​se e o ambiente é simples e agradável. Muito barato como se quer num restaurante clandestino e, como tal, o pagamento tem de ser em dinheiro.
