Sadly some inconsistencies in the product. I raved about the Irish Coffee kruidnoten in my previous review and have since gone back to buy them, sadly they tasted nothing like coffee or whiskey, just like plain white chocolate. :(
And also, their customer service is a bit lacking. On a busy Saturday afternoon I don’t want to have to walk through half the city to go to a (probably empty) ATM. I want to be able to get some cash at the store where I’m already purchasing something but sadly van Delft is one of the few businesses left who are not willing to accommodate customers’ cash requests even though they accept both cash and cards so it shouldn’t be a problem for them at all. Such a shame.
