Mother Goose

This place deserves 5 stars for its beautiful and well thought design. The rooms/​floors are designed by color theme (gray, brown, white, and black). This does not have the feel of a hotel at all — little details including swings, feather pens, rosary beads, bath salts, stand alone full length mirrors, and other thoughtful design elements are inspired and inspiring.
I stayed in the Black Suite, which has a beautiful view of the tower. The main drawback to this hotel is that it is in the middle of a very noisy square that is filled with people at night, and from which the trash is collected for over an hour in an incredibly loud way each morning around 8am. If you want to sleep with the windows open, you are going to need some serious ear plugs. There were also only two bed pillows, and one decorative pillow in this two person room, so I had to request more, which they happily and rapidly brought.
It is well located for wandering around the city, and has many restaurants and bars within a stones throw. I’d recommend to anyone who isn’t a light sleeper — it is among the best designed boutique hotels I have visited around the world.
