I had an amazing time at the restaurant with my husband and a few of his colleagues. First of all the ambiance is wonderful. We all started with a few Heinekens(when in the Netherlands…) For starters I ordered the trio foie gras. Each version was completely different. I think my favorite of the three was the the one cooked on appelcompote and all were divine. For my main course, i ordered the roast lamb with the couscous. the lamb was perfectly cooked and the macadamia herb crust added something special to the dish. Normally I hate peas and carrots, which were in the couscous, but I ate them up like they were sweet candy. A wonderful meal with great people and all around fabulous experience.
