Just enjoyed a nice fresh lunch with my colleagues at de Doelen. This place has a very nice décor with an interesting art collection. The owner is friendly and likes to tell the stories of some of these paintings.
The sandwiches are very fresh and with surprising hints: cheese sandwich with a hint of truffle, salmon with olive tapenade and bacon with balsamico dressing. Freshly pressed orange juice makes it complete.
