I really hate going to Albert Heijn on a nice day because I feel the ice cream calling my name across the street at Garrones. Best place I’ve ever had ice cream! My favorite is the toffee and Oreo! Even if there is a line it’s worth the wait!

Homemade Italian icecream… What’s not to love? Lines can seem long but usually go very fast. Well worth the wait!

I just love this ice cream shop in Haarlem. The ice cream tastes the closest to the ones I had in Italy. They have a great variety of flavours and really good prices. For 2 scoop of ice cream you pay less than 2 Euros. My favourite flavours are toffee with a hint of salt and opera — full of nuts. Not to be missed when in Haarlem.

If you want to go for an ice-cream in Haarlem, this for sure is the place to go! They have a lot of extremely nice flavors! The only downside I can think of for this place is that everybody knows that it is such a good place and that sometimes you will have to wait quite a bit before you can start enjoying that great ice cream :) I really like the Italian touch of paying first for a ticket at the cashier and then actually only give this ticket to the person making your ice cream. Saw this a lot in Italy and it is more hygienic this way.

The best place to go for ice cream in Haarlem. That being said, if it is a nice day, the line will be very long. They have all kind of flavors and there is almost something new to try. My favorite flavor is still viola and it’s really nice pairing that with lemon. When you go in, order at the register and they will give you a ticket to place your order at the counter to get your ice cream.
