First of all I would like to say there are so many pros about this tea room.
A variety of wonderful handmade cakes.
Ideal location if you have a sweet tooth.
Gluten Free Flap Jack is the best!
Extensive menu for pastries lovers, and they provide Gluten Free muffins for Celiac folks.
A variety of Caffeine herbal teas to choose from.
Ladies looks like a winner for high tea.
Location is in the center of Haarlem. So you can shop before or after you relax here.

Eigentlich wollte man hier gerade schließen, dennoch hat mir die Bedienung in keiner der Weise auch nur annähernd das Gefühl gegeben, ich müsse mich jetzt beeilen und zügig meinen Cappuccino austrinken. Das fand ich doch bemerkenswert, da man als Gast heut zu Tage oft nicht allzu höflich behandelt wird.
Ein paar Tage später war ich dann noch mal hier. Als erstes habe ich den «Carrot Cake» bestellt und natürlich den leckeren «Mega Cappuccino». Der Kuchen war mir deutlich zu süß und ich habe auch sonst nicht viel anderes geschmeckt, außer einer leichten Karamellnote, die wohl von dem braunen Zucker stammt, mit dem dieser Kuchen hergestellt wurde. Ich habe den dann auch nicht ganz aufgegessen und mich für ein Stück eines sehr dunklen Kuchens entschieden, der an Brownies erinnerte. Der war dann auch richtig lecker. Schönen leichte fluffige Struktur und ein kräftiger Kakao-​Geschmack.
Ich empfehle auch jedem der gerne backt, das Buch was ich dort erworben habe «Sugar for my Honey». So wie ich das verstanden habe, wird dort auch nach den Rezepten aus dem Buch gebacken.

I choosed the «Mega Cappuccino» and it was mega! 3,50 Euro for the amount of 2 normal cappuccino is a fair price in my opinion. Although they were going to close, I didn’t felt rushed, so i enjoyed my cappuccino relaxed.

This was a place that I stumbled upon in Haarlem, as I was waiting for a friend to meet up later in the day. I found them offering several yummy-​looking cakes and scones, so I went in.
I ordered a cranberry and pineapple cake, as well as an iced coffee. The interior was great, and the people were very friendly and attentive to everyone, asking me if the cake was good, and apologizing for the delay in the coffee. Overall, their service and attitude was very pleasant and commendable.
However, the quality of the cake could improve. It was rather dry in my opinion. And that was a very long wait for an iced coffee. They did warn me about it, so I didn’t mind, but I don’t think other customers have the same patience as me.
Overall, I liked this place, but there is plenty of room for improvement. I will still give them 4 stars, because I think the people working here really enjoy what they are doing, but they need a little bit of support and a better pastry chef.

Very nice staff, awesome location, great sweets. The only down side is that the coffee isn’t top notch but otherwise an amazing place with great vibe.
As we were leaving I ran into the owner, Sarah, and she was very attentive to my feedback, asked specific questions what I missed! Amazing approach. Definitely coming back when I can justify the millions of calories in their sweets

C’est complètement désespérées que nous avons franchi les portes de cet adorable salon de thé, un mardi après-​midi.
J’ignore s’ils ont vu en nous les clientes affamées qui n’avaient toujours pas déjeuné, mais nous avons été accueillies à bras ouvert !
Il était pourtant 17h30, et ils auraient dû fermer depuis ½ heure… Ils ont tenu bon jusqu’à 18h15 passé pour nous, et sans rien nous priver de leur carte.
Le choix des thés disponibles est tel que j’avoue n’avoir pas lu toute la carte… Je me suis contentée d’une valeur sûre, «English Afternoon». Chaque thé a son histoire, qui vous est racontée sur une petite fiche colorée qu’on vous distribue.
Ensuite, nous avons pris une part de carrot cake (avec de la cannelle), de lemon cake, ainsi que des scones accompagnés de confiture et de clotted cream.
Autant vous dire que les gérants n’ont pas regretté de nous avoir accueillies (pour tout vous dire, on a même été félicitées…) !
… Et pourtant, l’addition n’a pas été lourde ! Les prix sont vraiment convenables voire en deçà étant donnée la qualité des aliments, des thés, du service et du lieu.
