What a cool shop it is. You are greeted by the door by one person of the staff and they are always very helpful. I always get an impression that due to the fact that this shop is in a little bit smaller city than Amsterdam staff has more time for the customer and they are more attentive.
I passed by few weeks back to ask about the exchange of my mcbook air plug from us to European one and I was assured that it was not a problem. When I came back with the plug. there was another person from staff at the desk and told me that it was not possible to exchange for different plug — one star got deducted from my review this way…

I wasn’t IN the Apple Store because we couldn’t find any place to park.
After 30 minutes walking from a parking area we gived it up — the expensive (for Germans) park ticket countdown time was out. Reallly Bad! But i was in a lot of Apple Stores and my Friends were in this Store in Harlem. They say, its very good. The Service and Support is one of the best you could get — if you have an APPointment — Bad pun
