This little coffee place, with possibilities for lunch or cake, is one of our faves!
It is slightly hidden off the beaten shopping path in downtown Ede. Koffie&koffie, which means coffee&coffee (logically) has a gorgeous interior with many modern accents, and feels like a hip joint to hang out. Probably one of the reasons you see many young people here, enjoying a break.
Koffie&Koffie has delicious snacks (muffins) and cakes (carrot, a good one – have you heard the joke about the bunny and the bakery?). Come lunchtime, I go for the goat cheese sandwich (absolutely dee-​lish! Toasted with apple slices) and the great café latte.
What is so nice about their coffee? They always serve water with it, and a lovely flavor-​maker with an amaretto kick. You can buy their beans if you wish, to take home and enjoy again.
