I’ve been going to Aveda on and off for a few years now. I’m really quite disappointed with their service lately. I get manicures and pedicures there and the prices are quite high. They call it the «nail champagne bar» yet the pest 3 times I’ve been they did not offer me any champagne. Also the past few times I’ve been there was a very small and sparse collection for nail polish. They have very few colors to chose from and most of them are colors I wouldn’t want, like yellow. If you want a different color you have to buy it which adds another 10 euros to your bill which is already about 40 euros just for a basic manicure. They are just trying to make you spend more money. Last time I called to make an appointment the woman on the phone was very rude, and condescending to me. I will probably stop going there at this point because I find the customer service to be very poor for such an expensive salon.
