I sat there for 20 mins waiting for an associate to assist me. You know how the apple stores are in America. You can’t even stand for a millisecond without having a very cheery associate assist you. Here they looked at me… she’s not Dutch. She doesn’t look Dutch so why bother speaking English. I even asked one of them to get me a mgr and he said based on what i said I don’t need a manager. But then he wouldn’t give me his name. I finally found a female mgr and introduced my angry self to her. And she apologised profusely. They just need to include anti racism training. They were more inclined to assist the«Dutch» customers… when apple is worldwide… I’m not one of those people who raises the race card inadvertently… I’m Nigerian. We are all black. We have a warm welcome to anyone who is not(which is how it should be worldwide) However, when I’m spending money and you disrespect me… I don’t like it. The product is not free. I worked hard for that money. What I had to buy was less than 2 yrs old, why does it not have longevity? I’m standing there as fat and as blonde as I am and you pass me like you don’t notice me.,.say it isn’t so? This is a far cry from Apple stores in America. Their enthusiasm level is unrivaled, and contagious. Here, they were all constipated.

Die ist wirklich der schönste Apple Store, den ich bis anhin gesehen habe. Wunderschön im Zentrum De Passage von Den Haag integriert.
