If you’re as big of a chocolate fan as I am: GO HERE!
I have all the love for this place. It’s cosy but still roomy enough. There’s an entire corner dedicated to JUST. CHOCOLATE.
So, they do this thing called hot chocolate. Not just any kind of hot chocolate, they’ve got, like I said before, an entire corner dedicated to this stuff. And they’re the lovely hot chocolate spoons! There’s the more simple stuff like milk or pure chocolate, but also chocolate-​bourbon, chocolate with ginger, cookies and cream, Irish cream, and of course for the Dutchies: speculoos!
My friend and I went here for a quick lunch meet up, so we didn’t go into insanely special things, but I can definitely recommend trying one of their hot chocolates and one of their cakes.
The reason I didn’t 5 star: The staff just wasn’t as helpful or friendly as you’d expect from a place like this. They seemed a tad impatient and uninterested. It’s a minor thing though and it shouldn’t keep you from visiting this place!
