This is the worst customer service and treatment I have ever received in my life. I really hope to save other people the hassle and horror of ever coming here. I bought a groupon for 31-hour massages. My boyfriend attended the first session, and scheduled me for the next. We scheduled my massage 2 weeks in advance and received a confirmation email. When we arrived, the woman at the door turned us away, saying that she cancelled the appointment via phone and was very busy. Then when we asked if we could reschedule, she was incredibly rude and refused me service, stating that the groupon is only for 1 person and cannot be split. She then went on to say that she hardly makes any money from groupons, and uses it solely as a means of advertising, and that we should thank her for being such a nice lady to even reschedule. I’m sorry, what? We left and tried to make several alternative appointments, all of which were confirmed, the later canceled by email. 2 weeks later, we received notice that this facility has gone out of business. I certainly hope it’s true. Please, don’t go there!
