Signed up for a pre-paid plan a month ago. One of the employees told me that in order to use 1GB of data per month, I need to have at least 15 euros of credit. No additional information was given. Imagine my surprise, when I added 20 euros last night, and today it was gone! Turns out, after you add the money, you need to send a text message to activate the data package(«What message?! Where? Which package? How did I not know about it?»), I was apparently using the mobile Internet at standard rates. Well, thank you kind man underqualified to work as a sales assistant. Thank you literally for nothing. Get it right, T-Mobile. If you charge so much for your services, at least train your employees better.

Being new in town I needed a cellphone to keep in touch as well as get in touch. I stopped in here to see what I could get. It was a few minutes before I could get the attention of one of the sales people so I checked out what phones they carried. They had just started carrying iphones. When I finally got one of the staff to help me and answer my questions I was informed of what I as a foreigner had to get first in order to get a phone. That was very helpful information starting me down the bureaucratic path I was required to walk. I am still walking down that path, now weeks later lol. Until I acquire the necessary items I was told that I could use a pay as you go phone. So I bought one. Unfortunately, the phone I bought is, though inexpensive, not a good phone, even for temporary use. I appreciate the fact that the sales person saved me a little money but if you find yourself in this predicament I’d recommend spending a little more money for a better temporary phone.

Ok, so the system was down on the first two days I tried to replace a stolen phone/sim card… but they said they would call me when it was up and never did … waited in town for hours!!!(credibility? 0). Then they only replaced my phone with a TWO contract extension… nice way to reward loyalty… or I would have to pay € 999 for an obsolete iPhone. Finally they said alstublieft, it is all ready to go… I left, made it to Centraal Station… NOSIMCARD!
