Good and relaxing atmosphere.
Staff is nice, food is good (yet not amazing), decoration is original and modern.
Only drawback… they put milk in the smoothies (without notice) :(

It’s ok. But there are plenty of places on this block for a quick bite and coffee. They do sell wheatgrass shots if you’re looking for that.

I was happy with my food in here. I had a ham and cheese sandwich for 4 euro and decent cup of tea. You order at the lunch counter and then sit down. It was bright and clean. My sandwich tasted a tad bit refrigerated, so I picked out the greens and asked the girl at the counter to heat it up for me. She did, no bother, and the sandwich tasted way better after her effort. My husband ate a chicken and mango panini (4.50 euro) which he liked. I attached a pic of the menu and our meals to give you an idea what you’re getting.

On my way to Centraal station recently, I decided to grab a latte and sandwich from Stock to go. Both the sandwich and coffee were extremely disappointing.
The sandwich was disappointing because it was prepackaged with no mustard or mayo or anything … and with average cheese and soggy greens on day old bread, just didn’t taste good. The coffee was disappointing because it was soooo small and tasted really bad. Just simply was not good. Won’t be going there again unless someone convinces me that this experience was a fluke — but probably not then either. :(

This review is for Stock, the café that is attached to the hotel The Exchange. This place is near the central station. The café is very small but very high ceilings with limited seating outside. They do not take cash but only credit cards and American credit cards (swipe kinds) are accepted.
We ordered a cheese sandwich which was on this lovely crusty fresh bread with a side of egg that I placed together in sandwich. The soup of the day was this delicious curry leek which was wonderful for a cold day. The croissant was flaky. All items here were very high quality and tasty. It is a perfect place to get a quick breakfast bite in a very hip atmosphere. Of all the restaurants we ate while here, this was the one that pleasantly stood out.
