Mein zweiter Aufenthalt im Amsterdam und per Zufall lande ich wieder in diesem Laden. Von außen sieht es auch wie ein Öko-​/​Hipster-​Laden. Geht man hinein sieht er genauso aus. Allerdings sieht man dann, dass man hier gute Produkt zu vernünftigen Preisen kaufen kann.
An diesem Tag habe ich mir ein warmes Schoko-​Croissant gekauft. Der Preis war mir egal, es war warm. Sind wir mal ehrlich, es gibt wenig, dass besser ist als ein warmes, gut gemachtes Schoko-​Croissant. Das war das Croissant. Super lecker, saftig und mit viel Schokolade darin.
Ein Schoko-​Croissant alleine macht nicht satt. Daher habe ich mir noch ein Sandwich geholt. Es gab acht oder neun verschiedene zur Auswahl. Bei mir wurde es das Carppacio-​Sandwich für günstige 3,95 €. Das Brötchen war lecker, ein bißchen zäh wie ich es mag, aber nur ein bißchen. Rauke zusammen mit dem Parmesan auf dem Carppacio war einfach spitze.

Stache is a nice place to go if you want to just grab your own food and either eat it there or take it away to the park or something. They are always switching out with new dishes and different kinds of snacks to try. It’s nice to see a place that has cold beer and wine. You don’t see that too often in the city.
The few things that sort of bothered me about it are often times there is only one person working the register and also making coffee. There has been more occasions than I can count swear I just wanted to pop in and buy something quickly but the person in front of me in line decides to order five or six lattes. This seriously takes them 15 minutes to do and it holds up the rest of the store. Really bad business practice there. Maybe they feel the cost of an extra employee is not warranted. Also, it would be nice if they opened 15 minutes earlier in the morning so I could grab something on my way to work.

I love love this place.
Everyday for work, we sit with a few of their sides and breads, all super lekker.
The shop is great — they constantly bring in new items and keep the ones that really sell. So, there’s always something new to discover here. Also — always samples. I love me some samples.
I go here for specialty items, to put together an easy meal for the evening, or for snacks that are super tasty.

Stach is a chain of delicatessen shops and in-​shop cafes where they have everything from fresh croissants to pre-​cooked meals. The shelves are stocked with super foods, organic jams, Belvoir fruit farms drinks, macarons, freshly baked breads and many many many more. And that’s not all.
You can grab a table and enjoy a nice breakfast or lunch with sandwiches, quiches and coffee.

I wonder how many people get in coz the displaying window muffins. I am.
Their organic assortment is actually limited but they made sure each category is covered. Their regular weekly and monthly deal always bring something fresh, with a bit adding on to the traditional.
What really makes me coming back is their sandwiches! The meatball sandwich is my favourite. And the mozzarella one seduced people in line for its tenderness.
The stores are usually packed which caused even more traffic. The display is always a cozy mess. Suppose it is on suppose as the neighbour store positioned friendless.
And you can smell that more Stach stores are coming. It is a gem!!!
