Stopped by while a friend was waiting in line for the Anne Frank house. The macaroons were fantastic and the coffee was great. I’m going back a second time!

So one thing is settled i’m not gonna lose any weight living in Amsterdam. Haha Pepper Mango is a really cute ice cream store on my street. Their Pistachio ice cream is divine but i believe all the other flavors I’ve tried so far are also pretty good! Who am i kidding i’m a sucker for ice cream.
The staff is always nice. It also has a nice cosy sitting area. Apart from ice cream, they have baked goods and coffee which I’m yet to try. All in all its a pretty nice place to have ice cream.

The ice cream here is quite nice, though a bit lacking in taste. I definitely wouldn’t say no to coming back if someone offered to buy me ice cream, though I would not go out of my way. The ginger ice cream was very good, while our white chocolate and pistachio ice cream were bordering on quite boring.

My kids favorite spot in Amsterdam and my wife and I did not mind it either. Belgium dark chocolates, homemade ice cream and sorbets, macaroons, wine, chocolate painting and more. Had they served fine Belgium beers we may not have departed and certainly would have missed a museum.

This quaint little ice cream shop is a true gem in the rozengracht. They have fantastic ice cream, great coffee, chocolates, macaroons and even champagne. Try the yoghurt ice cream. The staff is very friendly. They have some seating inside and 2 benches for outdoor seating. Great place to visit when you are in the Jordaan.

Twice a year (xmas & birthday) my brother is incapable of getting me a gift which is surprisingly different from the previous one. Instead he always gets me what i actually like: a random gift card and — that’s the best part — a box of delicious chocolates from PepperMango.
Without fail that box is empty within 2 – 3 days. And that’s me try to contain myself.
My mum gets the same treatment, luckily I am allowed to get two pieces from her box of PM’s chocs but she can get none of mine. I mean, they are so good, why share?!
I guess what I am trying to say Doc, is well, I think my brother & PepperMango have driven a wedge between my mum and me. Luckily this only happens twice a year ;)

Same chain as Dutch Homemade, especially the macarons. I got some macarons here but I have to say, I was quite disappointed bc the macarons I bought were stale and I could tell they’ve been sitting at the counter for quite some days. Otherwise, staff is nice.

I was passing by as I had many times before. It was just warm enough to justify stopping for a scoop or two. They have ice cream and candy. I had my eye on the ice cream but I’ll have to try the candy another time. There’s not a lot of choices but sufficient enough to take a few minutes to choose. Today’s choice implying there’ll be other days yep yep was chocolate and mocha. It was just warm and sunny enough to sit on the bench outside and savor my treats. It was a good choice to stop and sample their wares. I’ll be back. I live nearby. I’m strong willed so it’s not all too dangerous having it nearby.

We ran into this wonderful ice cream and chocolate shop and can highly recommend it. It is high end ice cream in interesting flavors. The chocolates are not to be missed either! Small local operation

Just along the Rozengracht, this little mom-​and-​pop style shop makes all their gelato-​style icecream in-​house, plus a mountain of fudge and chocolate products.
I stuck to plain cocos, while my boyfriend had 1 scoop of vanilla and chocolate. It was all delicious, plus theres a great bench out front for eating your tasty treat and people watching.
Very reasonably price for centrum, will be back!
