Walked in with high hopes and left thinking meh…
I went for an eyebrow shaping. The customer service was great. The lady who did my eyebrows was also very sweet. She seemed to be focussing very hard on getting all the details of my eyebrows correct. When we got to the bar she explained that one was thinner than the other & I could pencil it in daily. What? In a city that is constantly raining you want me to pencil it in & have makeup running down my face. No thank you. When I got home I tweezed myself, evened them out a bit & found a few hairs that she did not catch. In retrospect I probably could have had her fix it in the salon but was running to the airport & didnt have the time to complain in person. The results were no different then when I get it done at Delete Waxing across the street. I see no reason why I would make a special trip here when it is the same price (slightest bit more expensive) and same result. I will probably stick to Delete & have them done at the same time I get other waxing services. Unfortunate as I thought it would be great since their speciality is eyebrows…

After being burned by my last brow groomer when she waxed my brows, I knew that I wanted to only get tweezed from this point on. Especially since my skin doctor told me that it will probably take a year for my skin to heal.
After emailing the shop in advance and asking for someone who would just tweeze me, Patricia wrote me back and said she could do it.
So today I had my first appointment with her and I can confirm that Patricia is an adept brow guru! I’m so happy with her handiwork today on my brows and she agreed to only use tweezers per my request. Wonderful brow groomers are seriously hard to find. I feel lucky to have found mine! Thanks Patricia!

My eyebrows look fantastic within 30 minutes for only 35 euros including tinting. Coming again for sure!
