Photography is about capturing that moment in time. That laugh, smile, toast, embrace. When I look at Manuela’s photos, I am taken back to the moment they were snapped.
I’ve seen photographers that move around an event awkwardly and don’t really know where they fit or what to do. But Manuela fits in with ease snapping photos and interacting with people just enough to have people comfortable with her presence, but not too much that it intrudes with the action. Not that she could be intrusive! She is so pleasant to be around and her smile tells you that she is enjoying what she is doing and is happy to be around the people she’s with.
I enjoyed meeting Manuela and look forward to seeing her at future events!

It can be quite a challenge to find a photographer that you like. Some may have the technical knowledge but their photos don’t give you any emotions when you look at them. You want someone who captures the most memorable /​epic moments and makes people smile when they look at the result.
Manuela Hugo is one of those artists. You can literally see that photography is Manuela’s passion. This talented young lady has got the eye for the frame and the gift to press the button at the right moment.
I’m always happy when I see her at an events, not only because she’s a nice, fun person but also because I know that we’re gonna get a great photo stream full of beautiful souvenirs in the end.
