Great atmosphere, friendly staff and food is superb. Have been coming here for months and has been«Gezellig» every time.

Came for Sunday brunch with the hubs. The Good: The hollandaise eggs were great especially the kale! The bloody mary also had a good flavor but was kinda pricey at 8 € The Bad: My other half decided to try the enchiladas and he was not so lucky. They used a tomato paste rather than enchilada sause and there was no chicken to new found! I guess we should have known better than to get a texmex staple in Amsterdam but hey, sounded like a good idea at the time.

One of my fav spots here in Amsterdam. We go there at least once a month for brunch. It is for sure worth the wait. Amazing staff!!! And really great food.

This place is usually packed in the weekend. That’s why I dropped in just after opening. Surprisingly overall service was not up to par and food was over salted. Maybe they should open later if 09:00 is too early to function. Still one of my favorite breakfast places though.

Nice spot for brunch. They change the menu often, I hear. That’s the word on the street(or from a friend). Pretty healthy options, nice selection of drinks. And, open kitchen. Hooray! Open kitchens are the ish! I had a potato hash mash dish. It was super good. Granted, I was hungover and potatoes are the key to survival under the doom of a hangover, but it was delish. It can be dang busy on weekends — there was a line. I was excited to see a line — that rarely happens here. Anyway, overall — awesome spot for brunch!

we were in Amsterdam for a few days and went here for brunch on a weekday. we were warmly greeted as we walked in the door and sat right down at a table. bloody Mary’s are really yummy(and actually spicy, because usually when you ask for a spicy Bloody Mary they put a dash of Tabasco, but trust me little Collins did not skimp on the spice) and the food is amazing. ordered a Benedict and couldn’t even finish it because the portions are so big. definitely go when you’re starving! and be prepared to go into a food coma of happiness when you’re done. our server was super nice and it’s apparently located in a very trendy neighborhood(we only found this out after we went oops). would definitely go back if I’m ever in Amsterdam.

It is one of the most wanted places in De Pijp. People wait an hour to eat here! Really famous for brunch. I decided to give it a try, but I was not so happy with the result. The food variety is really good. But everything is super fat and oily. I was not able to finish my meal and I geeked heavy the full day. It is English breakfast style. I think you need to be more use to this kind of meals! I cannot say it is bad. Service is regular, they try to help you. No my favorite but looks like most of Amsterdam like it!

I think 4 stars is pretty accurate. We went on a Saturday before Easter Sunday without reservations. It wasn’t a problem and sat down as soon as we got there. I ordered Bloody Mary original and a cappachino. Both really good. My boyfriend ordered the kimchi Bloody Mary and after joking that it would probably be horrible it was REALLY good!!! Definitely would recommend that! We ordered the hollidase with bacon and the carnivore. Mine was the hollandaise which was again good but not the best brunch in the world — possibly the best in Amsterdam. The kale was weird but good. The bacon was amazing. The carnivore was amazing. Would recommend if you’re in the area. And I’m sure I would come here again. The dishes around us served also look amazing and the portions are very good! All together with 3 drinks and two dishes we spent 44 euros

Oh yeah, this little kingdom is situated in one of the most fameus neighborhoods of Amsterdam, but when you walk trough the door — you are in Aussies Heaven. Only English and good(brunch)food. The other details are fogged windows, heavy fatty cooking fragrances, people speaking English and a little bit messy interior. But the friendliest staff and goooood food. Three stars? Because we waiting for at least 40 minutes until we got our order and the poached egg wasn’t so fluffy.

i have mixed feelings about little collins. the first time i went there, the service was really bad. i was only there for coffee with a friend, and we were treated like they didn’t want us there. not nice. the second time, i went for brunch and it was a completely different experience. the waitress was super nice! i had baked eggs with spicy chickpeas — it was good, but not great. maybe a bit too greasy!

The trouble with choosing a breakfast in places like Amsterdam are the vast range of restaurants, bakeries and cafés flooded through each neighborhood. This resulted in a consult with Google for top Amsterdam brunch spots… low and behold Little Collins! I found it interesting to have an Aussie restaurant in the heart of Pijp. Upon arrival you see a front window seating pane with people either reading a paper, plugged into their laptop or friends munching away. I went with a friend and it was just what we were looking for. We were seated right away(Friday noon) and quiet enough to chit chat through our meal. Waitress was very pleasant and we later found out the chef was American. I had the Carnivore… having protein is important in my diet. I had no idea what I was getting myself into. Every component in the meal, except the bread was protein based. Eggs, bacon, huge slab of sausage and… beans! Eggs Benedict with beans was a little off putting for me but I thought I’d try it anyway. It was a first but now that’s I’ve had it I’d have again in a heartbeat! The meal was very hearty without that incredibly heavy feeling. If you have a strong appetite along with an eggs benedict obsession, Little Collins is IT!

Good place to have brunch with comfort food. Right in the center of the Pijp, it offers a nice and cosy environment. +: Little Collins is one of those trendy places where you can have a filling brunch in a nice environment. Expect nice granola, a carnivore plate with typical British breakfast(eggs, sausage, beans…), rich salad or yummy French toast with it dose of sugar and honey. My friends loved their latte Macchiato and café latte. They also offers eggs benedicts(that looked quite appetizing on our neighbor’s table :)) and you can enjoy a bloody mary with your brunch. Really the American style. Food is what I really call comfort food: rich and tasty. There are few tables in front, so if the weather is nice, this is a great place to start the day. —: Food is good quality but nothing really stands out. I am personally a fan of healthy brunches. Our granola was a bit simple and missed some fruits, some honey… Salad was a bit too rich as it is filled with seeds and cheese. Sometimes fresh and simple is nice. There is no real options with fruits, great eggs dishes, tasty veggies options… I recommend if you are fan of American style breakfast and you like the«British /Australian» type of atmosphere. If you are looking for higher quality brunch, you might wanna pick another option in town.

Possibly the most perfect brunch place in the world. Food is out of this world(plus affordable) and the selection of brunch-friendly cocktails is perfect. Go on a weekday if you can(it’s a perfect mid-week pick-me-up) as it gets mad during the weekend(or make a reservation).
