This single room was misrepresented on
and I asked them about it after seeing that my room did not look anything like the pictures. The pictures showed a desk and a least a little space in the room. To sit on the toilet your face is about 6 inches from the sink (I am 6’2, 180lbs – 80kg). There was no desk – in fact no room for the desk as the room was 5.5 feet (under 2 meters) at the widest spot, and barely enough room to put the suitcase on the floor. The front desk person said I could book another hotel, but it was a weekend and you had to book quite a ways in advance to get accommodation – plus I had a tour I had to go to within 30 mins of checkin. I made this clear to the hotel checkin.
I rented a bike and found out the lights didn’t work as it got close to dark. I would suggest renting bikes elsewhere as these bikes weren’t worth the money you pay per day (15 Euros) and they if the bike were to get stolen, you have to pay about 100 Euros.
In order to get in past 10 pm you have to ring a bell for someone inside to let you in. It works fine as long as someone is at the desk. One night I waited about 10 mins outside until the person came back.
I would not recommend this property unless there is nothing left in the city. It was obvious that honesty was not top of the list for this hotel.

Exactly what you need if your traveling with a budget. It’s a safe, clean hotel. Beds are comfy, and the people were very nice and helpful! If I head back to Amsterdam, this is where I’ll stay!

Arrived 7 am. Good thing they have a luggage room to store while you wait to check in. Keep your other things with you all times… heard/​saw someone got their purse stolen during breakfast. other than that our stay was cozy n fine! We had a nice beautiful view.

Great location near main squares and museum. Make sure you get a room with A/​C! Good buffet breakfast (extra $). Mo, the bartender, took great care of us! Thank you!
