I was a bit skeptical, I saw this place had excellent reviews but when walking in it really doesn’t look like anything special.
But service was very friendly and the food amazing. So happy with gluten free baguette! Huge glasses of freshly squeezed juice!
If they would do just a bit of work on the interior design this place could be one of the hottest spots in amsterdam.

Great coffee place. it’s next to my business so i’m getting from them my lunch almost everyday ! this carpaccio sandwich is super nice. The owners are also XL friendly and the shop always smells so nice !

I’m gluten free, which makes it hard to eat with friends and family, but I had the most amazing baguette sandwich here, and the fresh pressed Apple juice is delicious! My family got regular sandwiches and drinks and everyone said it was a 10 out of 10. I definitely recommend it.

I bike past a hundred cafes in the morning until I get here. It is worth the wait. The coffee is smooth as silk and the staff is very friendly and attentive.

Le Cafeier is a warm and inviting café along a main road in the tourist section of Amsterdam. My wife and I dropped by for breakfast on our way to sight seeing in Amsterdam. I had the egg plant sandwich with blue cheese (I am not usually a fan of egg plant but the picture displayed for the sandwich looked really good) and I don’t recall what my wife had. We both were really happy with our breakfast, the sandwiches were both made on the spot with fresh ingredients. The staff spoke several languages, to include english. The atmosphere and the staff were very inviting and warm, combined that with the free wi-​fi is why they get a 4 star rating. For tourist moving around this area this is a great place to get a breakfast/​lunch for a good price, we recommend this location.

Is the perfect place to start your day in Amsterdam with a super delicious sandwich and great coffee. Super nice service make you enjoy even more the place.

I popped in for a quick bite and cup (s) of coffee before embarking on my first Amsterdam Gay Pride celebration on a sunny Saturday morning. I needed fuel! And a sandwich!
I got both. i made my order for a cappuccino and toasted foccacia with ham, cheese, and side salad… and it arrived to my sunny outdoor table within 10 minutes. With a smile from the owner! I enjoyed it very much, light and well prepared… great café food, and the coffee was lovely.
I ordered another to go, paid my 10+ euros and was on my way. A delightful start to the day, a very pleasant café and I managed to use my willpower to avoid the delicious looking sweets… but perhaps you all could go back and report to me how great they are? They look great.
