La Zoccola del Pacioccone is the second restaurant of Marco and chef Paolo in Amsterdam and offers you one of the best authentic woodoven pizzas in town. All ingredients are Italian; including the staff! Pizzas are made in a traditional way using homemade yeast and the best tomatoes and buffalo mozzarella. Wines come from Umbria and Toscany where Paolo originally comes from.
