When I walked in with a small load of laundry (small enough to fit into a standard sized plastic grocery bag) and asked what they charge for a regular wash/​dry, I was told it is € 15. Ridiculous. In response to my surprised reaction, they tried to justify it: you can do self service but that’ll take two hours, blah blah blah. Having things already planned for the day, I just went ahead and left my clothes anyway.
When I came to pick it up about 8 hours later, I asked how much I owe them before handing over any cash. A different guy said € 10. Much better, still stupidly expensive, and somewhere in there, someone’s dishonest and greedy. Look elsewhere or DIY.
Luckily, my clothes are fine (as far as I can tell), clean, and smell fresh.
