This is the worst place in all of Amsterdam. If you go to the red light district and go to the old church, and look at those fat old hookers. You will find a better class of people then works here. Sam and Bjorn are horrible people. This place offers no help. Apple should be ashamed that they have a licensed retailer of this quality working in the world, taking away from whatever credit is left of this dying community. These are the worst type of people I have ever met. An exceptional piece of scam.

Bought my first Mac here and in overall I had a good shopping experience. Dealer was friendly but was hardly trying to convince me for Apple Care which I really didn’t want to. And indeed my Mac is still working fine or even better than before.

It was about time to visit the Apple store to buy a Dutch charger for my iphone, so I could switch over my charger to make life much simpler. If you plan on being in Europe longer than a week then it’s best to just get a convertible charger. The shop is very easy to find, it’s just across the street from the Central Station. Love that they are in a convenient location but if they would only open a(Mega Apple Store in Amsterdam) like the one in Santa Monica on the promenade. Although they are going through renovation they are still in business. You would never know because they have this weak sign on the ground that is super small. Now this is just a small suggestion… I was thinking what about creating a better sign and posting it on the window that you are going through renovation and still operating business in the shop? I think that would be a little bit more professional.:)
