Cam in to buy a Dutch rear-​wheel lock (not common in the US but a wonderful idea). The two men working were very friendly and helpful, chatted about their bike stock and compared notes on the US vs. Dutch bike markets.

I had high hopes for this place. They had some good brands and some of the common black bikes like Cortina and Sparta. If you are looking for hybrid bikes with wagons and stuff, they have a ton of those. They do happen to have a bunch of different accessories — but not as much as you might think. Oh — they have a nice selection of Brooks Saddles and things.
Problem I had was that I wanted to get a few things, and they gave a ton of attitiude. I helped my self for the most part, but when it came to things like ‘paying’ it was difficult getting attention let alone asking a question like — «Could I have a look at that saddle bag hanging from the ceiling please?» It’s like they transported some fixie portland bike mechanic to Amsterdam. So many bike shops, plenty of other places to check out — but if you are in the area and need a bell, helmet, or hybrid this might be the place — albeit with a very cold attitude.
