I ordered a Parka Coat online. All sizes were available. I received confirmation of the order by email *website states that if you order before 15.00 you will receive the order next day. Call next day because did not receive tracking info, Customer Service told me that the product is out of the stock. Something went wrong. I check the website while talking, all sizes available still online. I asked CSR to send me an email confirmation that they will refund my order in 5 working Days. She sent me the email apologizing that the size I ordered is not available but I can order another one *without specifying which sizes are available. I asked if they can send me an M instead of refunding me the price. No longer answer. No compensation or discount offered after such a miserable online customer experience. I used to buy their clothes in the shops but after this I will certainly not do it.

I love stores like these. Happy that I discovered it! Cool Dutch brand with clothes that just have this special something. Be it an unusual cut or a pattern that you don’t see every day. The prices are reasonable and what I also especially like is that the sizes go up to L and XL… Fancy fashion for real people…
