Fantastic! Lekker little café with a beautiful view of a park. Delicious, healthy food offerings, lots of space, family friendly.

Been there for a birthday celebration with group of 10. Satisfied with the food quality and quantity. Slow service during peak times. Stuff remains understanding and helpful

Any place that serves breakfast past 12:00 has a very special place in my heart. And this is a lovely, quiet café in the west of Amsterdam, with a lovely selection of food, good prices and very fast service. The eggs even came with salt already on them, which just tells me the chef knows his stuff. I’m only giving it four stars instead of five because I wish they offered more breakfast choices (ie different styles of eggs) and because the bacon was a tiny bit limp. But otherwise, great place to go for breakfast or lunch if you are in the area!

While visiting Amsterdam we found this café thanks to Unilocal! It was deeeelicious! The location is in a neighborhood but we mapped it & walked. The menu is difficult because it is not in English but the servers were helpful! Sandwiches don’t come with fries «frites» so you must order a side. We also tried the sloppy Joe Beef Trio, 3 mini cheese burgers with bacon & that came with fries. They also have wifi. We’ definitely come back!!!

Hidden, yet very popular, especially with young parents. There is a lot of seating inside, suitable for small as well as bigger groups. It’s got a bit of a creative vibe and you could walk around admiring the art on sale.
Service is quick. They pride themselves on their coffee and it is actually quite decent. They serve a little bite-​sized chocolate square, too!
I ordered one of the couple vegetarian sandwiches. It was fresh and crunchy, but otherwise nothing special. Times like these I feel strongly about restaurants not putting out a differentiated menu for their vegetarian patrons.
All in all, a great place to wind down on your Sunday morning or for brunch. Prepare yourself to hear a lot of kids, though!

I love Flinders café! This place is so awesome. The interior is so cool and everything and is for sale in this place: tables, chairs, lamps, cushions, everything! That’s awesome right? Also, if you have a kid this place is for you. Lots of other kids during the day ’cause this place is very child-​friendly (mini chalk board for kids to write on, baby menu’s, huge kids menu etc). So as you can imagine: if you hate kids, this place is definitely not for you ;)
The staff at this place is super friendly, sweet and attentive. Really great! They make you feel right at home. Also the prices of their food are really affordable. Menu’s are not so expensive and the food is really tasty! Yesterday I had a summer special menu; 2 courses for only 21,90 euros (or something), and it was delicious. I was able to choose if I want starter/​main or main/​dessert, so I choose starter/​main. Had the Carpaccio and the Entrecôte with salad and fries. Both were really good. Wine was also nice.
I am such a fan of this place. The vibe here is so good and cosy. Also a great spot for breakfast, lunch, coffee. Flinderssss, only love for you!
