I can not say enough good things about this place! It is located in the heart of Amsterdam — right next to the Van Gogh and Rijks Museums — and walking distance from many Amsterdam sights. They also rent bikes at the hotel — a great option to enjoy the city and visit some farther away locations. The rooms were more spacious than I expected for a downtown Amsterdam place and the neighborhood is nice and quite.
Above all the service was wonderful. They emailed us right away to confirm the reservation and were always very accommodating in any request that we had. The room includes breakfast, which is also a treat. Make sure to ask for the Dutch pancakes, which they can make upon request! The first day of our visit we actually did not realize that the breakfast was included — when we learned this — the hotel staff comped our bike rentals since we missed out! How thoughtful and kind!
This is a wonderful place to stay during your visit to Amsterdam!
