This is the newest F4 °F location in Amsterdam and you’ll find it around the corner from the ice cream shop in case you need a little sugar too. I normally go to the LIjnbaansgracht location, so this is really a step up! It’s more spacious, cleaner, light and it has the whole functional area with TRX, ketlte bells, core bags and all that. The drawbacks are the staff who isn’t all that friendly, the very limited group class schedule and you have to pay for tokens to use the shower. Who’s ever heard of a gym that charges for SHOWERS? Also, the cleaners are always in your way when you use the functional area and will clean the floor around you while you’re in the middle of the workout. then the floors are wet and I am slipping… Overall, still cleaner and less crowded than other locations.
