You get what you pay for! Fit for Free is a dead cheap fitness format and a fairly good one. The machines and equipment are decent and the gym itself is very spacious and clean. Only downside is the limited number of machines(when it gets crowded, prepare to wait for your favorite machines) and the facilities are really basic(fyi, you have to bring your own lock for the lockers or rent one). Also, don’t expect the staff will be around to step in with advice(happened to me once in six months), they rather walk around and socialize.

This is seriously as good as it gets for this kind of money. I pay 10 euros for unlimited entrance before 17h. That’s just an awesome price for doing as much fitness as you want. I pay 6 euros extra for as many lessons/classes as I want. It just great. They even have a very handy and up-to-date app for your phone on which you can see the classes program and sign up for it. The specific location is big and clean. It gets pretty busy around 5 so they are out of lockers sometimes which sucks. Also, showering will cost you 1,50 euros which is a lot but yeah, that why you pay so little. So nobody showers here. I always shower at home.

I am a big fan of this gym because it accommodates all of my needs! There is no place in the world that you will find a clean gym with up to date equipment for 15.99 a month. The last gym that I was a member at I was paying 60 euros a month for a small crappy gym that provided out dated equipment. What I love about this gym it’s economical, has plenty of space to work out, and a large variety of equipment to choose from. The downside you have to pay 50 cents for the showers and bring your own lock for the lockers. What’s all so cool about(Fit For Free) you can hop around to different gyms in the Netherlands, since they have a wide chain of gyms all over town. Beware of winter, it can cause you to gain a few extra pounds or develop the winter blues. A lack of sunlight and seasonal affective disorder can make you develop love handles on the side of ones waistline. Yikes… Thank God for bulky sweaters because this is not a flattering sight when spring and summer breaks out. This winter I gained a few extra pounds that most go! I am so excited about working out at the gym again, so I can get my coke bottle figure back.
