While the other options in Amsterdam seem to be pushing 80, — a month, the 16,00 a month fee is an unbeatable price for all-​hours access to all F4 °F locations in the Netherlands. Unfortunately what comes along with such a cheap price is the frequency of busy equipment, unavailable/​absent staff, and sometimes rather filthy locker rooms.
The gym itself is a nice space on two levels, as is used to be owned by a high-​priced competitor.
**This location is one of the few where the showers are free and the lockers are automated, thus you don’t need to bring a lock.**
Avoid on the weekends unless you have an extremely high patience level and plenty of time to spend on your workout.
All-​in-​all you get what you pay for.
