My Dutch man decided to pick up some takeaway at this fabulous Indonesian spot. Must I say that I enjoyed every bite.:)

The food there posses a taste that is not soon forgotten by a diverse range of Indonesian delicious dishes. Ed’s Catering is a household name in Amsterdam. It offers Indonesian cuisine buffets to a high quality level despite it being known as takeaway. Normally I am against any form of buffet except for Las Vegas. However when I think of the thought of a buffet, I believe what comes to mind is dried up food that has been overcooked. I am happy to say this place is not the case. All of their dishes are prepared with a lot of finesse in the kitchen.

Their model is pampering their guests with a tasty buffet and a beautiful complete culinary presentation for your party. They even allow you to taste the food before you order it for your event.
