I have always thought yoga to be a bit spiritual while I am quite down-to-earth. While being pregnant I found this yogaschool offering pregnancy classes and never stopped doing it. Ok, not pregnant anymore, but still practising yoga every week. The thing I love about De Lijfschool is that the instructors are really good when it comes down to helping you feel your own body. What I mean with that is that nowadays we are so busy with our minds that we forget what our body is saying to us.
