After my experience here I wrote this salon a letter detailing my rapid hair color fadeage problem and their manager offered me a free service of my choice. I was glad that their management seems to want to keep their clients happy and coming back but I don’t think I’m returning. I re-booked with the original stylist that did my color before and when I arrived that same salon manager forgot to tell my stylist that I was there for my appointment, so I waited an extra 45 minutes before my stylist came to get me from the back waiting room.(Not really the stylist’s fault that the layout of the place is so odd.) I just assumed she was running late with her client since the last time I was there I was kept waiting a half an hour. This was very unprofessional on behalf of the manager and once again I’m questioning returning to this place. Also, it’s not the most inviting salon I’ve ever been to. The atmosphere and vibe of the place is a little unwelcoming and beige. My husband and I have decided to give another salon a chance. At least my hair color has lasted 6 weeks without fading. Even though I like using Aveda color, I’ve never been terribly satisfied with any of their salons/spas. However, I have been very happy with independent salons/stylists that use their color.
