During the day it’s Café Rue de Sèrvres and at night it turns into Chef’s Podium. For € 20 you get a 3-course-dinner(yes, you read correctly: € 20, I didn’t mistype), wine is € 2.50 per glass. Every week the changing chefs choose new fresh ingredients for the dishes. This week it’s fresh fish, buffalo mozzarella, quail eggs and watercress. You can look them up on Facebook if you want to spoil the surprise. Since this place is a café the atmosphere is more like in a huiskamer than in an actual restaurant. There’s one chef, one assistant and one waitress for about 30 guests so you have to be patient sometimes and they also inform you about that. The service was very friendly and we really enjoyed the delicious, creative dishes. It was a pity that we had to wait quite long for the main but it was definitely worth it.
