Addisleigh Park, NY
Hanged out in Amsterdam for a day and stopped off at Fonk. It looked nice and wasn’t full. Tried the Vedett Extra White and really liked it. I’m not a fan of beer and hope to find this beer back home. Our waitress/​bartender Leonor was very helpful and informative with helping my friends and I pick a beer.

The zuurkoolstamppot was superb. Before 1900 Tim was serving it for € 8.50. The Maredsous and Chouffe on tap are two of my favourites. Fonk is definitely worth the visit.
