Cinema of the Dam’d presents: Hayao Miyazaki’s masterpiece Spirited Away. It’s been a madhouse on FB with 3000+ people attending for this outdoor screening and space for only 150.
Special forces have been flown in to take care of security. Weather looks good and I brought my picnic blanket.

On a friends recommendation and a hand drawn map I ventured to this delightful location for a late afternoon piece of cake after a wander in wester park.
This place is tucked away and even with some fairly good directions I wasn’t sure I was heading to the right place but I am glad I found it. Such a peaceful spot amongst a lovely garden: there are horses in the neighbouring paddock.
I had just a piece of apple pie which was cinnamon-​alicious! € 3 so reasonably priced.
I didn’t eat anything else but they seem to have a range of bread rolls amongst other things and a full bar, if you’d rather a beer in the sunny garden.
Wifi is free. And the service which was delivered with a smile.
