Buying an engagement ring is not something you do everyday. Good customer service to guide my purchasing decision was therefore essential to me, because the ring was an important part of what had to become the perfect scenario.
Jannie listened very well to my wishes, ideas and budget and, when required, made suggestions based on her experience. She dedicated all time necessary to come to the result I envisioned. She therefore helped fantastically with an important aspect of a very beautiful experience and moment in our lives. We were so satisfied with the professionalism and knowledge of Jannie and her colleagues at Bonebakker that we also immediately ordered our wedding rings from them.
