Hardly can I imagine Leidesplein hide this hot-pot paradise. Word-of-mouth brought us there. It is not that kind of to impress people but for spicy tongues, it is madness! Individual hot pots is still not even common in China, and here they do. I was trying to play safe with the Satay soup base. Well my friend stopped me and recommended the Fried Marinated Shrimp option. So get done your shrimp, adding some soup then reach your hands to the dishes. She is wiser. I am shocked about its low rating here, probably you guys get the so-so sushi or sashimi? The hot pot soup is a thumb-up and combined with its medium-reaction service. The buffet starts in the afternoon, pricy but save your beers a bit here, I would say.

I’m spoiled sushi-wise as what’s on offer in The Netherlands is sort of «boring» compared to the complex creations they serve in the US. This was«okay» for an all-you-can-eat concept and the price of 12 euro per person(Groupon). I wouldn’t pay the normal price of 25 euro. I wasn’t too impressed with the taste of the fish. The salads were small and not exactly creative. I did like the squid and the spring rolls and my friend liked the tempura, which was different from what we are used to. The miso-soup wasn’t very tasty. I did not like the nori they used so only ordered other types of sushi. Service wasn’t overly helpful but not unfriendly either. Our deal was for unlimited sushi for two hours. Reservation was at 8:30PM and they announced the last round at 10PM. Also, at 10:30PM we were the last persons left and it felt like the staff was impatiently waiting for us to leave. They also made a remark when we «finally» left.
