My hunt for steak sandwiches in Amsterdam lead me here as I spied on one of their menus posted outside on the wall a steak sandwich listed. It does have some outdoor seating and seating in a glassed in area but most of the seating is located further into the restaurant. It’s a practical modern décor nothing garish or gaudy but simple.
The menu has a good selection of steaks and meat dishes. They have beer on tap and can also make simple cocktails. The steak sandwich had red peppers, onions, mushrooms and sliced steak cooked medium rare. It wasn’t a philly cheesesteak sandwich but it was somewhat close. The sandwich also came with fries.
The service was friendly, helpful and accommodating. It didn’t take long at all from ordering to getting my food. I was one of few in the restaurant prior to their busy period around 17:00. The server was worried because she was the sole server scheduled and wasn’t sure she could handle it. They’re also dog friendly.
