We basically had the best experience here. We have an American size bed frame, and we had to have a box spring in two pieces. The guy here was so nice, telling us all our options, explaining how to keep the cost down, and, because this is a custom order, he did a house call to see the bed frame in person before calling the company… which made me really happy because now I know it will be a sure fit! This is some of the best customer service I have ever had in Amsterdam, hands down.
