Incredible cheese shop, probably one of the best I’ve been to in Amsterdam because it is not touristy. After you enter the store, it feels like you walk down into a cheese, wine and deliciousness cellar where they also olives and bread. You can tell that the staff is passionate about working here because they are very knowledgeable about the diverse products and appropriate pairings. It was so delicious that we went here twice during our trip.
