Customer service is just too bad, I had a bad experience. It was my first visit to the restaurant and to be honest I’ve never seen such poor service anywhere.
I ordered appetizer and then main course, and after serving appetizer, no one came to my table for about an hour to serve main course to me, and the h at the bar who was taking orders from the customer was just ignoring when I was trying to call him to know about the status of my order.
Finally, I asked another waitress for my order.
Food is average and there is not much variety of food on the menu.

Vanzz is a cool, comfortable, and convenient lounge bar and restaurant to enjoy drinks after work. Dinner menu is descent but could use a little improvement, by adding a few more items to the menu. Atmosphere pretty much laid back and relax but in a good way. Customer service extremely good, which can be rear in Amsterdam at times. What I enjoyed the most about this bar/​restaurant was the service, atmosphere, and dessert menu.
