Active Physio Takanini

This is the gym I’m going to at the moment. Well, it’s not really a gym per se, they are primarily a physio clinic but they offer a range of different services including massage, acupuncture, spinal & sports rehab and personal training. It is a tiny place, and the girls that work there are qualified and professional.
I go here for the ‘gym’ — a small room with a treadmill, cross-​trainer, fitness balls, weights and a few other pieces of equipment. When you register to attend the gym, one of the girls will go through your goals, a quick physical exam and some good exercises to help achieve your goals. I found this to be helpful to hit the areas I wanted to target. Because it is a small place, they require you to make appointments before attending but it’s good for people like me who don’t necessarily like other people seeing you exercise, because it’s always relatively quiet.
