Reliably tasty burgers from an institutional burger franchise. Burger Fuel now also offers«carb-less» lettuce wrapped patties for all of their usual bun options. Their renowned kumara a fries and aioli sauce are a winner. This store competes with nearby Wendy’s, KFC, Pita Pit, Pizza Hut and so on and is possibly one of the better choices in this giant car park surrounded by big box stores in the suburbs. The interior(as with all the other stores) is funky in a mechanics workshop kind of way. The wait times for orders are really, really long — perhaps this is because the burgers are made«fresh» so hardly a complaint and they tasted as good as expected when they finally arrived. Chips were super crunchy on the outside and satisfyingly fluffy in the inside — hot too. A handful of student age staff were running the store and were all very friendly. The bathrooms had no toilet paper and the waste and recycling bins were overflowing. Leaves and rubbish had blown inside and the overall state of the store was pretty poor. It felt like nobody really cared about their place of work. The other patrons were as uninspired as a boiled potato. Come for the food.
