Taste of thai looked significantly more inviting than the next door Korean Restaurant. The presentation of the place had a touch of class and elegance to it. The food was really delicious and spicy. (not for the plain taste buds!) My friend and I had the jubilation chicken, chicken satay and beef curry, which were all good quality.
The service was good, but the waitress seemed a bit grumpy. She didn’t smile at all the whole time we were there. Sort of made you want to leave in a hurry. No offerings for dessert or coffee. There may have been some on the menu, but it wasn’t mentioned. So make sure you know where to get your sweet fix afterwards.

Tucked among a rather unfortunate row of shops (Pizza Hut is right next door), Taste of Thai does pretty well to muster up quite a nice little atmosphere once you get inside. Of course the advantage of its location is that there’s tonnes of parking.
I’ve been here a couple of times and the food has always been good, not outstanding, but definitely good quality. The prices are a little steep though, considering that there isn’t really anything especially stand-​out about it (at least not for me, and I’m not expert on Thai food, I just know what I like).
The service is really lovely though, and it would be worth a look for lunch, which I’ve never tried here. Hopefully you’d get the same quality food at a slightly more reasonable price.
