I have been to St. Stephens for two weddings now and both have been so lovely. It has all the qualities you’d look for in a wedding venue. It’s classic, simple, not too big and not too small. I’d say it’s a good alternative to other larger and more expensive churches in Auckland city. It also is in a really good central location for wedding guests and many reception venues.
I really love the circle window at the front and wooden pews. Also, the stage is rather high so you can see exactly what’s going on and of course what all the bridal party are wearing.
The only thing is that there is limited parking around the church so I’d advise your guests to get there early so they can find a park.
