Spark

This store could do with better staff. Like most retail shops in NZ they are only as good as the staff who are their public face, and theirs is a very ugly face!
Walked in to the Manukau Spark shop to do a routine purchase of a SIM card which should be a 5 minute job. All 3 staff appeared busy but one male staff member was chatting to a couple of ladies in Hindi — obviously not customers — and was totally oblivious to the queue of customers forming. After a 15 minute wait I managed to attract some attention and was assisted thus reducing my blood pressure and averting a crisis!
This is no good in a service company!
I would go elsewhere but unfortunately the choice of mobile phone companies is slim in NZ and competition isn’t much of a problem because the other main mobile company is just as dire!
